I have developed and refined my marketing plan year after years in order to provide my clients, “top market exposure”. My marketing campaign is a package of high impact advertising materials in both electronic and print media, and is diverse and systematic, and designed to target the most likely buyers for our properties.
No one knows for sure where a buyer will come from, or the one best way to advertise a home, but statistics show that 85% of home buyers begin their search on the web. I use a combination of proven successful advertising methods, in both electronic and print media, an extensive database of past clients and contacts, and good old fashioned word of mouth to successfully promote you home.

Internet advertising on the Web – I list my homes prominently on many of the most highly visable and trafficked web sites including Realtor.com, Homes Data Base, ERA.com, Google, Craig’s List, AOL, Yahoo!, Zillow, Trulia, Lycos, HomeSeekers, Hotpads, Cyberhomes, MilitaryHomes, and many others.
Electronic Mail – I have access to a list containing over 14,000 email addresses of agents throughout the NW Minnesota region, and continuously market our listings to our Realtor partners with a variety of home tours, and special incentives.
Word of Mouth Advertising – I continue to market to neighbors and prospective buyers around my listings, in traditional ways such as open houses, just listed cards, directional signs, ERA signs with home brochure boxes, and road signage throughout the area. I also employ a variety of unique advertising methods such as home business cards, and neighborhood pre-sale gatherings.
